Unfortunately, the European Parliament voted for no time limit on the corporate get out clause,” said Katja Lehto-Komulainen, ETUC Deputy General Secretary, “creating a clear risk that this get-out will be abused by multinationals to avoid reporting on some operations in certain countries. It disadvantages companies with nothing to hide.”
