The Pan-European Regional Council (PERC)

The ETUC maintains relationships with trade unions in Eastern Europe through the ITUC’s Pan-European Regional Council (PERC). ETUC General Secretary Luca Visentini is also General Secretary of PERC, and Irakli Petriashvili, President of the GTUC-Georgia, is President.

The President of the Women’s Committee is Sabine Slegers, CGSLB, Belgium.

President of the PERC Youth Committee is Roman Zaytsev, EAKL, Estonia.
